Hey both. I really enjoyed this, and have just subscribed 🙌🏼 I’m 47. I guess that I’m definitely in mid-life now. I’m hoping I am, as that means I should live into my 90s!
I totally agree that “mid-life” is more often than not teamed with the word “crisis”, which sounds so negative. I’m hoping that more conversations like this can bring some positivity! ❤️
